To better serve our residents, businesses, and contractor partners, East Madison Fire Territory has implemented a digital Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) platform through First Due. This system streamlines the submission, review, and management of ITM records while improving accuracy, reducing turnaround times, and helping ensure fire protection systems remain compliant and ready to perform when they are needed most.
