What is the
ITM Portal?
As Fire Chief, I authorize the Fire Prevention Division to oversee all fire protection system installations, inspections, maintenance, and testing conducted within our jurisdiction. All providers working in the Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea are expected to comply with Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code (527 CMR 1.00), applicable NFPA standards, and departmental regulations.
This portal serves as the official gateway for service providers to submit documentation, inspection reports, and requests related to fire protection systems. Your diligence and professionalism directly contribute to safeguarding our community.
