Cleveland Division of Fire
The Cleveland Division of Fire is taking steps to enhance it's service to customers and citizens. ITM will serve as the new platform for uploading all necessary reports to the City Fire Marshal’s office. This platform is integrated into our new RMS First Due system. Unlike most platforms that charge a fee per document, this service provider will be charged only for each submission. This system will ensure that all reports are accessible to the fire inspectors, enabling them to conduct more comprehensive inspections.

What is the
ITM Portal?
The Cleveland Fire Prevention Bureau (FPB) is dedicated to preventing loss of life and property through comprehensive and professional building inspections, rigorous education for businesses and building owners, and the professional enforcement of the Cleveland Codified Ordinances and Ohio Fire Code.
The FPB has diligently worked to expedite the permitting process for the commercial construction trade. Special attention has been given to small businesses and entrepreneurs to ensure that the necessary permits are easily accessible, facilitating smooth business operations in the City of Cleveland.
