What is the
ITM Portal?
Fire -Life Safety Systems silently stand in the background keeping watch around the clock. The goal of the Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) reporting process is to ensure these systems are operational and ready to respond, as designed, when needed. The collaboration between property owners, service providers, Fountain Inn Fire Department and FirstDue will allow us to efficiently manage each aspect of keeping the fire-life safety systems in top condition and promptly address maintenance issues as they arise.
